The concept of crime according to Adriano Tilgher: between utilitarianism and moralism - Coming back to the nature of the crime means to reassert, especially today, the inalienable necessity of understanding the reasons that support and justify what we aren’t allowed to do. In fact it permits to grasp the fallacy of some nowadays dangerous absolutisms according to which, human condition, in order to regain its fullness, must be able to get rid of any condition so as gaining happiness, intended as the real aim, common to everybody. All this happens when, on the other hand, autonomy still has reason to exist but only as dependence.
