Mobbing. from the set of workplace to the psychotherapeutic setting - In this article some sociological aspects of mobbing will be considered. Here various types of intervention practiced in Italian Centres against Mobbing are discussed. Mobbing is a complex phenomenon studied by various professional figures and one which affects our exterior and interior lives. The intervention of a psychotherapist may be of crucial importance. In particular a sandplay therapy treatment appears to be efficacious distracting the patients from their dominant work problem and helping them to consider other important issues in their lives. A clinical case follows.
