The paper deals the clinical case of a five year old child who manifested compulsive masturbation. The family is Peruvian and lives in Italy for four years. The daughter is the object of jouissance for the mother. The child’s masturbation is originated from the tie eroticized by her mother. It proposed for the child a psychotherapy aimed to elaboration of the sexual drive through the symbolic play.
