The article analyses the care ethics in relation to the Carol Gilligan proposal, put¬ting in connection it with the category of vulnerability as proposed by the Feminist The¬o¬ry. This approach is explored also in relation to the criticism addressed to the traditional re¬flections on justice, structured along an idea of individuals as abstract, rational and incor¬po¬real subjects. From this perspectives, it comes out that the dimension of care, about which the article underlines some critical aspects, should be revalued as an intersubjective prac¬tice, related to the concrete needs and able to shape an individualism more capable to grasp the multiple aspects of social realm.
