The essay, after developing brief notes on the autonomy principle, takes its cue from the negotiation that currently involves the Veneto Region in the implementation of the third paragraph of Article 116 of the Constitution, introduced in 2001 by the reform of Title V: to make clear some basic questions concerning the so-called "asymmetric regionalism".
