L’ascolto del bambino nelle procedure giudiziarie - The Author describes characteristics and problems of child’s legal hearing in various court proceedings. The article reflects on child’s legal hearing in situations of adoption, separation/divorce, foster home; an attention is devoted in particular to the Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS). The Author suggests in each area, methodological proceeding and standardized instruments.
