After training with the Polsters in California, the author moved to Malta from Belgrade. There, together with M. Angius and others, she founded the Gestalt Psychotherapy Training Institute. The institute has been supported by institutes and colleagues from all over the world (among them the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and the Istituto di Gestalt HCC of Siracuse, Italy) and in the succeeding years has developed its own a clear identity. The GPTIM cooperates with institutes of four countries, Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia Herzegovina, and Croatia, sharing the same training program with them.
