Simona is a client who suffers from panic attacks. This case offers a brief but effective example of how a gestalt psychotherapist works by supporting the process of co-creation at the contact boundary. The therapeutic journey is marked by moments of tension, abrupt interruptions, and unexpected insights coming from the client’s experiences in and out of the clinical setting.
