In this article, the author examines the training from a psychoanalytical point of view. He puts in prospect the violence in the families and the violence inherent to the process of training. He studies particularly the narcissistic stakes which underlie a training and the envious processes which can take place here. Finally, the author proposes a modality of supervision which facilitates the elaboration of the narcissistic stakes.
