The aim of the paper is to describe the characteristics and the effects of a psychological supportive intervention for cancer patient realized with the classic psychodrama. In particular the patients’ internal representation of the significant relations through the Moreno’s Social Atom Projective Test and the patients’ satisfaction through semi-structured interviews were explored. Eight patients participated in the pilot experience. At the post test a qualitative and quantitative increase of the significant relations perceived by the patients was detected. In the interviews, the patients reported a general positive perception with particular interest for the psychodrama.
