The article wants to point out the problem of integration between Treatment and Justice, both on the epistemological and clinical side. The need of integration rouses from situations like chemical dependencies, or child abuse and mistreatment, where clinical cases are dealt with under the control of Family Court. Usually these are very severe situations, both fragmented and fragmenting in which psychotherapy makes sense only inside a solid network of professionals. Systemic-relational approach helps to catch recursions between different level’s questions (inter- and intraindividual, familial, inter-services, inter-institutional) showing the more useful interventions for each level.
