The workers training connected in the different institutional setting, especially in the sanitary one, has become more and more necessary with the progressive knowledge increase and the technical evolution. The psychosomatic medicine planning, born from psychoanalysis, has put the problem of the doctors training in the interpersonal relationship with the patients, especially from Michael Balint work. In this article we deal the surgeon training related to relationship with the patients, according to the particularly modality developed by Balint and following the SIMP way (Italian Society of Psychosomatic Medicine).
