According to the new cultural trend stating the primacy of relational dimension in human beings, the paper underlines some theoretical ideas about the concept of empathy either in Gesalt therapy or in neuroscience. The goal of this study is to find shared points among the results of infant research, neuroscience, and some theoretical and epistemological elements of Gestalt therapy.
