This paper proposes a review of the clinical case of A. from the junghian analytical psychology point of view. The severe symptoms of the patient seem to have represented a psychic short-circuit faced with individual and family difficulties to access a necessary dimension of change and development. The therapeutic relationship appears to be for A. an important first opportunity to rethink and test himself in a trusty relationship, by a flow of events that will gradually lead him to a valuable redefinition of himself.

Keywords: Family Conflict; Father; Killing of Primordial Parents; Therapeutic Bond; Homosexuality; Guilt; Delirium.
