Analyzesthe professional and political relationship between lawyers and judges from1861 to the ww1. They are discussed in parallel as together they constitutedthe statutory professions of the administrative system of justice in Italy.During this long period there were specific key moments (in particular whenthe Left came to power in 1876, and in the Giolittian age) that emerged inthe locations of these two groups responsible for the law: law courts,juridical congresses, Parliament, the government, etc.
