This paper reflects on the future of the youngest generation of psychologists. The difficulties that they may encounter in taking advantage of their studies and in using the acquired skills will be firstly examined. Subsequently, some ideas that could be helpful for their career construction imagining a future work in the field of career counseling will be discussed.
