The authors explore the differences between Counselling and Psychotherapy from the perspective of an intervention according to Systemic Theory. In particular, they try to clarify the different modalities in the use of systemic hypotheses. They analyze the different components and different levels of depth that can be used in different stages of the interview. Finally, they clafify the material with two example situations, for which they sketch an actionable approach.
