The article refers to a training course for professionals who deal with chronic disease, psychosocial disabilities and rehabilitation. The training involved operators in public addiction services and private rehab centres in the Venetian metropolitan area (within the province of Venice). The aforementioned training process was devoted to specific medium and large groups and to the group as a whole, and was held four times in six months. The authors assert the importance of disclosure associated with experience in the learning process.
