Public Administrations are organizations characterized by a high level of complexity. Drive communication processes is not often easy. In recent years much attention has been paid towards the process of informal communication, which, especially with the advent of Information and Communication Technologies (IC&T). These are joining and increasingly replacing the "old" formal communications. It is especially the advent of digitization within the Public Administration and the dissemination of information consumption on a large scale, used by employees even after hours of work, to have facilitated this type of communications. The objective of this paper is to show, through some concrete use cases, the advantages of using IC&T and informal communication in Public Administrations.
