The author ‒ a prison educator currently in prison of Poggioreale in Naples ‒ describes the new emergency of Neapolitan organized crime. She analyzes the behavior of the young members of the Camorra’s clan: a total disrespect of all authorities, the denial of the fundamental principles traditionally inscribed in prison’s life. These young leaders are particularly violent and, in the few years of their lives, perform a biographical itinerary of delinquency normally settled in an entire generation. The author analyzes the function of woman, particularly significant in the familiar and social context. .
