The aim of this article is to prove the vitality and fruitfulness of the relational approach in psychoanalysis that cannot be taken for granted. After touching on some current reference points in the development of this approach - specifically the ideas of Bromberg, Renik and Ferro - the author walks in their footsteps with his method of "psychodrama" in the session. This is a mainly clinical paper and the stories of Maya and High are described in detail. The first one is a borderline case that proved impervious to various different approaches, while the second is less serious and typically psychoanalytical.
Keywords: Relational psychoanalysis, analytical involvement, relational dance, primary consciousness, "psychodrama" in the session
