The trial raises questions about the scope of interventions from community psychology in Latin American scenarios and their possible outcomes. It indicates that if the intervention from community psychology not analyze the causes that determine social issues, will transient effects without any transcendent significance. You may also run the risk of becoming pure welfarism, which tend to put patches on burdensome situations without reaching to gauge the latent and present social conflict, which is embodied in living conditions, in some cases very poor, people or communities involved. It calls into discussion that knowledge is a tool of power, on the one hand, and on the other, the fact that the community intervention means the ability to work to try to consolidate active political subjects in their relationship with their reality and able to take over the story and change it.
