From a review of the literature and from research conducted with qualitative methodology (Case Study and Grounded Theory) especially among young people who have chosen new lifestyles and jobs related to agriculture in the networks of different economies, the paper intends to give an account of different cultures of innovation that they bring, and of patterns and practices related to them: creative contexts, networks, organizations, products (including social). What emerges is a tension, a different orientation, between values, principles, theories, ideals and goals of those who put themselves in a culture of liberal innovation and of those who are only involved in an idea of innovation, as is clear from research, which has more to do with living than with the economy and the market.
