In this article, a long term experience of relational wellness promotion in junior high school is presented. The work itself is based on class room group dynamics in which an understanding of the interactions among students and teachers as a figure/background process is central. This article refers to the group theory of Margherita Spagnuolo Lobb (2011; 2012). The work with class room groups in its synchronic and diachronic aspects is described.
