The work offers three areas of reflection: 1) the conviction that the landmark, concluding in Levi’s work, to the "grey zone" is, within the levian body, seminal from the beginning and developed over the years in a growing number of difficult problems, in the conviction more and more radical in Levi that a dichotomous interpretation as "oppressor-victim" of Lager’s phenomenology is completely simplistic and reductive of the horror that annihilates every conscience suffered in the black hole of concentrating reality; 2) the presence in Levi’s entire work of a psychoanalytic paradigm, not explicitly theorized but in many occasions emerging and useful in bringing out the interpretation of the levian corpus from a too dry and reductive contrast between "rationalism and irrationalism": the careful and not prejudicial examination of Levi’s work, justifies the possibility of listening to Levi’s different echo, unexplored, as such "differently" consistent with the profound meaning of all his work; 3) an extension of the cognitive and ethical paradigm of the "grey zone" to organizational experience: even in organization it may happen that if all of the collaborators are subjected to a blind and absolute destructive power of every pact and rule in force, they do not retreat to pursue personal goals, though legitimate, but only dependent on the will of absolute power, inevitably fall into collusion with the various manifestations of absolute power, thereby taking on the role of co-oppressors alongside the victims
