This article mainly focuses about the anticorruption legislation within the P.A., with particular attention to those institution controlled, totally or partly by P.A. itself, and where d. lgs. 231.01 has its own application, for it concernes the administative responsability and its consequences, for those institutions, when such a crime is committed in their own favour. Main attention, then, goes to the way these two different legislation can be applied together along their different goals.
