The paper aims to explore a training evaluative process in a context of profes-sional and organizational change. The focus is on a transformative and learning process of practitioners belonging to a challenging and complex organizational context, which is under the pressure of qualitative improvement of its services. The target refers to teachers of nursery schools located in a northern Italian re-gion: they are involved in an in-depth transformation of their system of activity which conveys an upsetting of the existent balances related to the in use educative practices. The paper describes the methodology adopted and the phenomenological analysis of the gathered data in order to provide empirical evidence to the exits of the training process. As a general finding a strong connection with the practice in use is underlined, together with a process of positive contamination of the daily innovation of teaching experience.
