The approach of the clinical networks supports the development of new organizational solutions, also on the grounds of the reorganization of health sector, both for chronic-degenerative diseases and for neoplastic diseases. The programming of Clinical-Care Networks is a central element, according to a logic of reticular and continuity between hospital and territory, identifying organizational solutions that bring together specialist skills and structures, through the multidisciplinary approach and accessibility to quality care for all patients, regardless of their residence
