The Court has declared uncostitutional the law of the Liguria Region No. 26/2017 for violation of art. 117, par. 1st and 2nd, Const., in the part in which the Region has extended the effects of the pre-existing concessions for thirty years and has provided that new assignments can last for a period of not less than twenty years, or more than thirty.
