Integrating being a body and having a body is a complex operation that needs you to be at least two. If the presence of M(the other) hasn’t been enough, what appears to us like a division between psyche and soma is actually the effect of their failed integration in the premature stages of growth. The theory of this work is that the somatic aspect is one of the ways the not removed unconscious can ex-press itself and that the failed integration of psyche and soma can be the result of a lack of holding and/or containment that the analysis and analyst are called to heal. The body knows something about ourselves; something which psyche hasn’t reached yet: the analytic process is an instrument that goes towards the uncon-scious knowledge possibility of thinking placed in soma. This process deeply en-gages the analyst and stimulates the ontological rather than the epistemological dimension of analysis.
Keywords: unconscious, not removed, transfert, holding, containment, monismo
