This paper aims to investigate the relationship between public power and digital plat-forms, with a view to their growing collaboration in the fight against phenomena such as disinformation, anti-scientific content and hate speech. It also aims to underline the constitutional issues that such cooperation can raise as well as the alternative ways that can be considered.
