According to the health concept evolution from a one Health perspective, authors analyzed some of the current legislations applied to Lombardia region in order to outline the context where the figure of the primary care psychologist is established. The article aims to identify the functions and tasks of this role. The role of psychologist is to provide early and first level of interventions, to give therapeutical treatment, preventive support and health promotion, creating multi-professional working team. The framework model for the taking charge of patient is based on systemic and integrated model. Finally, the main focus is on the concept of stigmatization, introducing the hope that psychological wellness can be integrated into any context of care.
