Following the pandemic and the smart working measures, the female employment condition has worsened, above all due to the effect of the surplus of houseworks, caring activities, conciliation between family and job within the home. All the actions traditionally implemented by organizations sensitive to Diversity Management as a resource and opportunity for the firms, for all workers and for profits, have been set aside and weakened, causing the goal of gender equality to slip to a later date. Not only differentiated effects therefore between men and women workers, but also between Italian and migratory background workers, more or less protected by contracts, more or less exposed due to the employment sector.
Keywords: double presence; smart working; home working; gender inequalities.
