The present work is inspired by the panel discussion entitled “Primary care psychologist, School psychologist, Access to psychological services in the Regions, Psychologist bonus: urgency, opportunities and prospects of a National Network of Local Psychology for the promotion of psychological well-being”, which was held during the XIV Congress of the Italian Society of Health Psychology (Cagliari, 25-27 May 2023). The space, organized and moderated by Paride Braibanti and Francesco Maesano, included the participation of various speakers who contributed to the debate on the possible creation of a National network of ter-ritorial psychology and a Local Psychology Service, object of a Legislative proposal on Pop-ular Initiative, that was developed in last months. This work has therefore the objective of explaining the premises that led to the Proposal of Law first, and to the organization of the congress panel in a second time, and to take up again the themes developed in the congress space, in order to orient and focus the cultural coordinates and the methodologies that will have to find a place in the Legislative proposal.
