An aesthetic approach to Organization Development. In dialogue with Pagliarani. The authors’ encounter with women and men who are leaders in the field of Or-ganization Development is a vital and surprising one, leading to a journey of study, research, and projects. This paper highlights the significant moments of this discovery, starting from the connection with Organization Development and Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge, moving on to PSOA and Luigi Pagliarani, and finally to the psychology of Gestalt and its relational and organizational body of knowledge (Relational Organizational Gestalt). Our aim is to expand the scope of “experience” and “presence” as fundamental constructs for a dialogical ap-proach in organizations and beyond. Dialogue is favored as a method to under-stand and address the “fractures” of our late modern era due to the restoration of intentional intersubjectivity in organizations. Reality as significant emerges and becomes evident in experience. The cognitive journey is a continuous exploration that leads to the creation of a relational and intersubjective subject. The subject happens within a recursive texture of acknowledgements and relationships and is not an “absolute” or a substance closed in on itself: it is not done alone. A sub-ject’s composition is a deliberate opening and a suspenseful anticipation of what lies ahead. A simple and ingenious activation is needed to realize this original intentional and relational structure, which we call “experience” and its dynamic manifestation “cycle of experience” (Cycle of Experience).
