The ecological transition in economic law: An analysis of support tools for businesses within the framework of European programming The essay analyzes the main innovations relating to public policies for the ecological transition as a tool for relaunching the economy. In particular, the role of the European Union as a planning institution in the scenario of globalization and protectionist interventions adopted at an international level is highlighted. The discussion involves important legal-economic profiles such as, for example, the flexibility of the State aid regulations, in the process of continuous adaptation to the circumstances outlined. This approach could constitute a new supranational modus operandi with the objective of building an environmental legal-economic order in which the role of public authorities takes on a fundamental value in the systemic framework of the ecological transition process which concerning not only the environment in itself but also the fight against climate change and energy problems.
