Mindfulness, self-awareness, has now become part of various psychotherapeutic techniques, as a support and integration of a work of change and open-mindedness towards new existential perspectives. The scientific literature provides many contributions in this regard. In this article we report a clinical case of intimate partner violence, suffered by a young woman and treated with the combined use of Ericksonian hypnosis and full consciousness applied according to the method of the neurologist Vittoz. The addition of full consciousness awareness to the hypnotic treatment seemed to us a valid therapeutic integration and a valid support in facilitating the investigation of the hypnotic experiences.
