The recent pandemic crisis caused by the spread of COVID-19 has led to an escalation of renewed global interest in the progressive digitalization of the various training courses. In fact, thanks to the studies produced by the scientific pedagogical community, various contributions have highlighted the advantages deriving from greater integration of e-learning within universities. Considering systems, the question arises to what extent these new innovative technologies can be translated into useful interfaces for students. Through the literature review method, reflections and analyses conducted at both a national and international level will be compared. The objective is to focus on the role that these interfaces can have towards greater personalization of students' training paths, without neglecting the possible risks behind an integrated use of these virtual tutors.
