The text presents an experience of group reflectivity and awareness on male violence against women starting from the participation to a photographic exhibition entitled SINE FINE. Five groups (3 groups of adolescents, 1 of young adults and 1 with adults of all ages) each were held for discussion of experiences, emotions and thoughts arising from the observation of the photographs; each group lasted 60 to 120 minutes. 100 people took part, 68 % of them females aged between 15 and 80. The groups were conducted following a systemic ecological approach to achieve collective awareness and sharing through photodialogue. The article illustrates these methodologies, the consensual validation used and the thematic issues achieved according to the thematic analysis.
Keywords: group scaffolding, group facilitation, fotodialogue, violence against women, reflexivity, awareness.
