The present study examines the acoustic characteristics of several Tuscan theaters, based on the results of measurement campaigns conducted in various theatrical settings over the past years. The main goal is to high-light and discuss the acoustic specifics of these spaces, all belonging to the Italian-style theater typology, while showing differences in size, materials used, and construction epochs. The collected data offer an in-depth insight into the sound qualities of the theaters considered, providing significant indications for a better understanding of the acoustic experience within such environments and for the preservation of their authenticity and historical-cultural relevance.
