In this paper, the Authors describe a training program being accomplished at Centro Padovano di Terapia della Famiglia, Padua. This program is designed to provide the systemic therapists to-be for a set of definite tools of interaction analysis, emphasizing such a skill, peculiar to the relational-systemic identity and history - in particular to the story of the so-called "Milan Approach". Such a training program is based on 10 workshop/training days in a couple of years span, and on the involvement by the trainees in family treatments and e-learning meetings as well. Analysing interaction among family members during the sessions in order to define their relationship, peculiar to a systemic approach and of its identity, nowadays can be integrated with strategies and tools from computer-based and Web-based applications.
