Welcoming ambiguity. Ambiguous resonances in a psychotherapeutic relationship. Relational resonances are naturally ambiguous, because one person never coincides to an other. This is the hypothesis of the present contribution. It explores the "pars construes" of the natural base of the psychotherapeutic relationship. To accept a certain compromise with the stickiness of ambiguous positions, implies, therefore, investigating the containment capability of the ambiguity in the psychotherapeutic relationship and the learning capability in unknown and undifferentiated experiences. The reference to the theoretical contributions of Ferenczi, Bion, Winnicott, Bleger, allows studing in greater depth how the resonance coevolves in the psychotherapeutic relationship and recognizing the possibilities of activating an intermediate area, which can be generative of change. The experiences of poets and artists help to understand how much ambiguity is a source of the creativity and "life itself". The contribution explores, furthermore, the hypothesis of an intermediate space in a relationship in the clinical setting and the ambiguous nature of such psychodynamic space.
