Francesco Novara, one of the main Italian work psychologist, studied for a long time the transformation of the work and the organizational contexts. The words "men" and "work" delineate the two themes that are inextricably bound to each other in the research conducted at the Psychology Center of Olivetti. In this interview Francesco Novara talks about the evolution in progress emphasizing that the main resources of every company are always represented by woman and men at work.
