This paper proposes a consideration on the Italian political situation and, for extension, on personal and organizational situation of many of us. We realize that too many projects vanish or dramatically change passing from the moment of the desire of a new future to the phase of searching the means to realize them. Therefore, I propose a psycho-social-analysis view of this dynamic, a definition of progettualità (vision of the future) as orientation to act in the present in order to realize the desired future and, at last, an invitation to come back to the original project.

Keywords: Vision of the future, beauty, fear, love, guilty, new beginning, psycho-socialanalysis.
