The article tries to discuss the way in which a large overhead of social fix capital could enter into the game of territorial transformation after the crisis, investigating the rules, constraints and opportunities) that allow the project to compete with these forms of social fix capital. The reflections and the cases are part of the research "Territories in the crisis. Architecture and urban planning facing the institutional and economic".
