In this paper we will present the experience of parallel groups of children and parents involved in our private study of Psychotherapy and Neuro-Psychomotorism. From a global perspective, the family system and multidisciplinary integration has created a specific project for children who need a neuro-psychomotor group path because of different types of problem/fragility and for their parents. Considering that it is not possible to "care" the child without "taking care" of his parents, such a project is presented as not "disassembled": accepting Neuro-Psychomotricity groups for children implies that parents also accept participation in groups and activated for them. The evolution of this experience and considerations of the paths involved will be the subject of our reflections in this article
