In this commentary the author traces the characteristics of the psychological condition of the attempted suicide, with specific reference to external risk factors ( firstly, the pandemic), as well as internal risk factors (especially the tendency to aggression). After applying them to the case in question, the author also highlights a fundamental step of the therapeutic process, which proved responsible for improving of the patient’s symptoms.
