Gli autori discutono una proposta metodologica di intervento di Scaffolding psicologico alla relazione sanitaria in Endocrinologia pediatrica. Nell’articolo vengono definiti i criteri per la realizzazione dei Setting di Ascolto Congiunto (SAC), che prevedono la presenza, nella stanza di visita, di pediatri, psicologi ed utenza. Tali setting sono fondati sulla costruzione di un reciproco riconoscimento di ruoli, vissuti e significati, relativi alla condizione clinica e portati, dai diversi partecipanti, all’attenzione dei loro interlocutori. Gli autori propongono inoltre alcune funzioni, proprie dei setting proposti, che ritengono utili ad agevolare lo scambio dialogico fra i presenti, favorendo la comprensione dei contenuti relativi alla diagnosi, l’espressione delle diverse preoccupazioni ed esigenze degli utenti e l’assunzione di decisioni condivise durante l’intero percorso di cura.;
