The present study has dealt with these knowledge processes by which psychologists and psychiatrists engaged in psychodiagnostic assessment of technical advice and legal expertise. These processes have been traditionally neglected by the clinical-forensic depriving professionals a useful interdisciplinary confrontation and making some dubious scientific and technical arrangements for psychodiagnostic assessment. Specifically we wanted to highlight the errors where the forensic specialist can incur when responding to the questions posed by clients legal, both of the errors of attribution and of inferences, both in the epistemological incongruities.
