I determinanti della salute: alla ricerca di un conceptual framework - This paper describes how the "conceptual frameworks" of Health Determinants evolved, up to the most recent one, proposed by the Who Commission on Social Determinants of Health. Of special interest is the importance given to Health Systems as potential determinants of health inequities when they fail to protect against social and economic consequences of disease.
